Alternative highs was born when Dr. Jody Anderson and Dustin Gawne joined forces
Jody first planted the seed while studying in university with a vision to help people find natural sustainable ways to heal grow and feel alive at the same time. Dustin was on his own path recovering from spinal cord injury addiction in years of personal struggle building. A movement called excusesrgawne It wasn’t until they passed crossed that the full version of alternatives came to life: a movement, rooted in recovery, resilience, and real human transformation Now, it’s more than a name. It’s a mindset. A message. A mission to help others find new ways to rise.
